By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM GMT on 1/2/2023. Three (3) winners will be selected at random by Genopets on 1/03/2023 and the winner will be notified on or after this date. Genopets is responsible for and will select the winning participant at random at their sole discretion. No purchase necessary to enter, but eligible participants must complete all steps listed to qualify for the Genopets Duck Game Giveaway Campaign. Employees of Genopets are not eligible to enter. Instagram or Twitter are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition. Multiple entries allowed; Each entrant shall enter the competition via Twitter by following @Genopets on Twitter and being a member of the Genopets Discord as well as posting one video or photo showcasing a duck, tagging @Genopets on Twitter, and tagging another Twitter account. Each participant agrees that, by joining the Genopets Duck Game Giveaway Campaign, Genopets may use the provided information in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting the winner on various social media platforms. Genopets reserves its right to cancel the Genopets Duck Game Giveaway Campaign at any time or change the Terms at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof. You may participate in the campaign only if (a) you are 18 years or older, (b) you are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction designated by the United Nations, European Union, any EU country, UK Treasury, or the U.S. Secretary of State as a country supporting international terrorism, or to which U.S. nationals cannot lawfully engage in transactions as designated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, including without limitation Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Crimea region of Ukraine, Iran, or Syria, and © you are not barred from participating under applicable law.
